
In the Hospitality Program students have the opportunity to explore the exciting and developing professions in the Hospitality industry encompassing the culinary arts and Baking and Pastry Arts. Students follow a rigorous curriculum covering basic to advanced skills in food preparation.

The Child Development Program introduces students to the world of working with children. The Child Development class includes an on-campus Little Hounds Preschool after students learn about the development of children. In the ROP classes, students will be placed off-campus at various field sites including family day cares, preschools and elementary schools.
